- Can I use your products for entertaining?
- Yes, a lot of people use our food for dinner parties or entertaining. Please look at our entertaining or seasonal sections.
- How do I order to be delivered?
- Please click on the categories and select products from the sub categories. If you are struggling to find a product you can use our search box. When you have found a product you like simply click and add them to your shopping basket You can change the quantity you require using the drop down box.. When you have finished shopping you can proceed to the check out where your payments are processed
- Are my Payments Safe?
- Yes – we use the latest trusted partners such as SAGE PAY and PayPal to process debit and credit cards. If you would like to find out anymore technical information about your details and how these are protected please visit the Paypal and SAGE Pay websites.
- Do you have any products for Gluten Free diets?
- Yes, all products suitable for Gluten Free diets have a GF symbol next to them.
- When can I get a delivery and do I have to be there to accept it?
- For each order that we receive, we will contact you to arrange the most suitable date, location and any special instructions that you may have.
- How do your products stay frozen when being delivered?
- We pack our products into special insulated boxes with a frozen gel pack. This keeps the food at the correct temperature for 24 hours.
