  • We use the latest insulated woolcool boxes to Keeping chilled goods below 5°c for a minimum of 24 hours, woolcool® insulated packaging was originally developed to deliver chilled and frozen foods in prime condition.
  • The boxes are lined with Natural Wool and made using 100% pure wool, woolcool® insulated packaging is sustainable, biodegradable and recyclable. The natural wool insulation is hygienically sealed in recyclable food-grade wrap to create cushioning liners for a range of recycled and recyclable cardboard delivery boxes

Terms

  • Eazycuizine uses a nationwide next day courier service to deliver our goods.
  • Deliveries will arrive anytime between 09:00am and 5:30pm. We are unable to give an estimated delivery time.
  • We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, including Offshore Islands or Ireland. If an order is placed for delivery to a destination we do not cover, we will contact you to advise of this and will refund your card the full amount minus 3% to cover card processing fees.
  • The delivery address you specify may be at home, at work, a holiday cottage or with a neighbor or relative. If you have to go out on the delivery day, please leave clear instructions on your door, such as "leave in the porch", "leave with my neighbour at no 22" etc. A delivery that is not signed for is left "at your own risk," if the driver can find a reasonably secure place to leave the package. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries where no specific delivery instructions were provided, or if the driver cannot find a secure place to leave the package. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect postcode or address details being submitted with the order, or in instances where there is no contact number provided, or we cannot contact you on the number provided.
  • We deliver Tuesday- Friday. We do not deliver at weekends, on a Monday or on a bank holiday. We also cannot deliver on the day immediately after a bank holiday.
  • If shortages of a product mean that the total price falls below the free, or reduced price delivery threshold, Eazydeli shall honour the original delivery charge. Delivery charge is not included in the price of the goods.
